The second lab is designed to reinforce your communication and troubleshooting skills with printers. In this lab, you will perform the following steps:

Step 1. Receive the work order.

Step 2. Talk the customer through various steps to try and resolve the problem.

Step 3. Document the problem and the resolution.

The third, fourth, and fifth labs are designed to reinforce your skills with printer problems. You will troubleshoot and repair multiple printing problems.
